The Ambassador Won't Let Go of His Scroll for Anything
Whatever is written on that scroll, the ambassador is not about to let it go. A flat-faced red tabby Exotic Shorthair has round copper eyes and plump cheeks, and his orange-striped face is set in a look of great seriousness. His pink silk coat is heavily embroidered with golden thread, and a broad gold sash crosses his chest, with gold fringed epaulettes at the shoulders. One paw, trimmed in lace, grips a rolled parchment sealed with a red wax seal. The pastel background of clouds and curtains makes the scene feel like a dream.
Those wide cheeks and the little scrunched nose make him look more worried than commanding, but that only makes him more lovable. He has a message, and he is going to deliver it with all the dignity he has.
Exotic Shorthairs are mellow and affectionate cats with a plush, short coat. They like to be near people and to lounge on a soft couch, and they are usually quite quiet. Their flat faces can lead to tear staining and breathing sensitivity, so gently wiping the face as your vet advises and avoiding overheating are good habits. Brushing once or twice a week keeps their coat tidy. They can put on weight, so measured meals and light play are helpful. Ask your vet for a routine care plan.
The ambassador will deliver the message in due time. First, he has some important staring to do.
