A Husky and a Hairless Cat Sat in the Straw-Lined Wagon
The wooden wagon is lined with straw, and two passengers sit side by side, looking out at the yard. A black and white Siberian Husky has pale blue eyes and pointed ears, his thick fur ruffled by the breeze. Next to him, a gray hairless Sphynx sits with her large ears and wrinkled skin, her golden eyes alert. The yard behind them has a wooden fence, a garden hose, and a few scattered toys.
Siberian Huskies are athletic, social dogs bred to pull sleds in cold climates. They are friendly and energetic, and they need a lot of exercise and entertainment. Their thick double coat sheds heavily, so regular brushing is helpful.
Sphynx cats have no fur, so they feel the cold more than other cats and may get sunburned. A bed of straw gives some warmth, and a husky is a natural heater. Because they are so social, Sphynx cats tend to seek out company and warmth.
If you let pets sit in a wagon, keep it parked or move very slowly, and watch them closely. These two are happy just to sit and look out at the yard, and the wagon doesn't need to go anywhere. Sometimes the best trips are the ones that never leave the garden. The straw crinkles softly, and neither seems to mind the view from the back seat.
