The Bathroom Has Been Redecorated. The Frenchie Designer Is Very Proud.

The bathroom has been redecorated, and the designer is very pleased with the results. A brindle French Bulldog sits on the bath mat with long streamers of toilet paper draped over his head, ears, and shoulders, cascading down from somewhere above like party decorations. The tip of his pink tongue peeks out in a tiny, cheeky grin, and his round dark eyes gaze upward without a shred of remorse. Shredded paper litters the floor around him, and behind, the sink counter holds toothbrushes, a cup, and a soap dispenser, with towels and a laundry basket nearby.

Toilet paper chaos is mostly harmless, but bathrooms can hold more serious temptations. Human medications are a common cause of pet poisoning, and even familiar pain relievers can be dangerous to dogs and cats. Cleaning products, toilet bowl tablets, razors, cotton swabs, and dental floss can all cause trouble if chewed or swallowed. Keeping medicines in closed cabinets, putting lids down, and simply shutting the bathroom door go a long way. Shredding paper is often a sign of boredom or excess energy, so extra walks, puzzle toys, and safe chew items can give a busy dog a better outlet.

This little decorator clearly believes he has done excellent work. With his paper crown and contented grin, he looks ready to accept compliments, or at the very least a treat, for his creative vision.
