The Pastel Bulldog Explorer Searched the Horizon in Pink Satin
Pastel pink everywhere, and in the middle of it all sits a very serious brindle and white Bulldog. His tricorn hat is pink satin with a gold edge and a pale feather, and his matching coat is embroidered with golden flourishes, with gold epaulettes and lace cuffs. In one white paw he holds a small golden telescope. Behind him, soft cloudy pastels, gold shells and pink roses decorate the wall, as if the explorer has just stepped out of a candy-colored ballroom.
Bulldogs may look tough, but they are gentle and affectionate companions, and they are usually calm enough for apartment life. Their sturdy build is not made for long adventures, though, and their short muzzles make them prone to overheating, so an explorer Bulldog does best with short strolls, cool temperatures and plenty of water. The folds on the face and the tail pocket should be kept clean and dry. A vet can also guide you on weight and joint health, which matter for this stocky breed.
Whatever this explorer is searching for, it probably involves a snack and a soft cushion. He studies the world with great patience and an expression that says he has seen many strange lands and none of them as pink as this one. A hero of the pastel frontier, he deserves a good rest.
