Three Corgi Puppies Fell Into a Deep Sleep on the Shaggy Rug
Faces pressed together, three tricolor puppies sleep on a thick, shaggy white rug beside a bright window. Their coats of black, tan, and white look rich against the cream pile, and one tiny paw is draped across a sibling's back. The room is quiet, with a sofa edge and a bit of windowsill in view, and the sunlight makes the whole nest glow.
Corgis have a reputation for being active and talkative, so a deep nap like this is a good sign that the puppies are comfortable. Young puppies may sleep for much of the day, and quiet time between play sessions helps them grow and learn. Make sure they have a spot to rest away from loud noise, and let them sleep when they need it.
A shaggy rug is soft, but it can trap hair, dust, and dirt, so wash it regularly, especially if puppies are still learning house manners. Long, loose fibers can also be chewed and swallowed, so check the rug for loose threads. Corgis shed a good deal, and a weekly brush keeps their double coat healthy. Your vet or a groomer can share tips for care.
For now, three little bodies share one warm spot, and the only sound is a soft sigh from the heap. Even the gentle light from the window has not stirred them.
