A Beagle and a Piglet Squeezed Into One Fluffy Dog Bed
A round, cream-colored dog bed is the best seat in the house, and a red and white Beagle and a small pink piglet are making good use of it. The Beagle rests her head on the edge with her droopy ears and soulful eyes, while the piglet curls up beside her, snout down and eyes calm. A basket of laundry, a pair of slippers, and a houseplant sit behind them, and the floor around is warm and slightly messy. The bed's cream fleece looks as thick as a cloud, and both animals sink into it a little deeper with each breath.
A soft bed gives any animal a sense of security, and dogs often like a bed with raised edges to lean against. Beagles are gentle and curious, and they are usually happy to share space with other family members, though each pet needs a place that is truly their own. A cushion should be washed regularly, since dirt, dander, and moisture build up in the fabric, and it should be large enough for the animals to stretch out. Talk to your vet about choosing the right bed for your dog's age and size.
Penny has taken her spot like a guest who has been invited for the night. The Beagle looks content to share. In this house, the best bed is always big enough for two. Even the slippers by the wall look jealous.
