Two Friends Found the Quietest Corner of the Barn

AI imagepoodleabyssinian catbarn

Tucked into the corner of an old barn, where the boards meet a small window, a black Poodle and a cinnamon Abyssinian have made a snug little camp. The Poodle's curly coat looks like a soft dark cloud, and the cat's warm reddish fur is a lovely contrast against it. She leans into the dog with her tail wrapped around his back, while hay and wooden planks cover the floor around them. A shaft of daylight from the window lights up their faces.

Poodles come in several sizes and are well known for their intelligence and trainability. They often do well with other pets and enjoy having a job to do. Abyssinians are active, curious and social cats with short, ticked coats, and they usually like to stay busy and be involved in whatever is happening around them. Barns can be great places for animals to explore, but they also carry some hazards, such as rodent poison, farm chemicals, loose nails and machinery. Keep pets away from anything that could harm them, and make sure they have fresh water and a dry place to rest. A Poodle's curly coat also collects burrs and straw, so a brush after a day in the barn will keep it tidy and comfortable.

The barn is quiet, and the daylight is gentle. Two friends have found a corner of their own, and they have settled in like they own it.
