The Pizza Box Is Empty, and the Schnauzer Is Smiling in It
The black and silver Miniature Schnauzer lies inside an open pizza box with his front paws neatly forward, his bushy white beard and eyebrows giving him the look of a tiny, wise old man. His mouth curves into a small smile, and his dark eyes shine. The box is empty, with only a few grease spots left on the cardboard, and the room behind him is scattered with shoes, blankets, and cushions.
Miniature Schnauzers are lively, intelligent little dogs that were originally bred to catch rats on farms, and they are famous for their beards and bold personalities. They like to be busy and can be quite clever about finding food. Pizza can be hard on a dog's stomach and often contains onion and garlic, which are harmful, so call your vet if your dog eats some. Schnauzers can be prone to health issues from fatty foods, so a careful diet is important.
He looks like a small gentleman who has just finished an excellent meal and is waiting for the check. The pizza is nowhere to be found, and the dog is the picture of contentment. A walk and a glass of water will come next, and he will quietly agree with both. His beard is neatly combed, even after all of that, and his eyebrows are raised in polite innocence.
