A Devon Rex Rearranged the Whole Board Game and Looks Thrilled

AI imagedevon rexboard gamegame night

The game night is over before it started. Wooden hexagon tiles, tiny colorful figures and a pair of dice are spread across the table and floor, and the cream Devon Rex is sitting right in the middle of it with enormous eyes and large upright ears. He looks frozen, like a cat who knows exactly how many pieces are missing.

Devon Rexes are known for their short, wavy coats, big ears and a playful, people-loving nature. They are often called pixie cats, and they are very curious, loving to climb, perch on shoulders and investigate everything on the table. Small pieces that roll and click are an irresistible toy for a cat whose paws are always busy.

The trouble with board game pieces is that they are small enough to be swallowed. Cats can chew on wooden or plastic bits, and anything swallowed could cause a blockage, so it is wise to gather every piece after play and store the games in a closed box. If a piece goes missing and you worry a pet may have swallowed it, call your vet.

The Devon Rex is not worried, though. He is thoroughly proud of the rearrangement, and he seems convinced that the game is much improved. Whoever was winning, he has taken over the board and will not be giving it back.
