The Smallest Knight in the Realm Stood Guard in Silver Armor
The smallest knight in the realm stands tall in a suit of polished silver armor with a bold red cloak flung over one shoulder. His fluffy gold and white face is round and soft, with a short black nose and dark, serious eyes, and his floppy ears hang down on either side of the steel collar. Behind him, a Renaissance landscape of trees, rivers and distant hills glows in pale blue and green. The armor reflects the sky, and a small gold emblem shines at the center of his chest.
Shih Tzus are not exactly armored warriors, but they are sturdy little dogs with plenty of heart. Their flat faces mean they overheat easily and can snore, so they are better suited to gentle strolls than hard runs, especially in warm weather. A harness rather than a collar is often more comfortable. Their long coat can be kept in a longer style with daily brushing or clipped into a practical puppy cut, and the hair near the eyes should be kept out of the way. Shih Tzus love lap time and attention, and they are generally friendly with kids and other pets. A vet can help with dental care and eye health, which are particularly important for this breed.
Dragons, beware. This knight is brave, but he would also like to be carried back across the drawbridge.
