The Ragdoll Scholar Was Interrupted in the Middle of a Sentence
Bookshelves line the wall behind the Ragdoll, with old leather volumes and a small globe barely visible in the shadows, and a green curtain falls in heavy folds. The seal point scholar sits in a black velvet robe trimmed with a dark crest on the chest, one paw holding a long feather quill. His fluffy cream coat and chocolate mask frame pale blue eyes that look to one side, as though he has been interrupted. A soft glow from a lamp shines on his whiskers and ruffled chest.
Seal point is a Ragdoll color pattern with dark brown ears, face, legs and tail on a lighter body, and kittens are born nearly white, with the points darkening over their first couple of years. Ragdolls tend to be big, relaxed cats that love to be near people, and many will follow you from room to room. They are generally content indoors and should be kept there for safety, with climbing furniture and window views for entertainment. Their semi-long coat needs brushing a couple of times a week, and a clean litter box and fresh water are always high on their list. Because they grow slowly, ask your vet about nutrition and checkups during the first few years.
The scholar will finish the sentence shortly, but only after a thorough inspection of the nearest warm lap.
