A Rottweiler Took the Tractor Seat and Gathered the Kittens Close
A black-and-tan Rottweiler sits on the cracked black seat of an old tractor with his heavy head up and his brown eyes steady. Under his broad front paws sits a huddle of tiny kittens, ginger, white, gray and black. The workshop behind them has wooden walls, boxes and blue tarps, and everything looks dusty and well used. Light from the open door spills across the cracked seat and gives the scene a cozy glow.
We can call the Rottweiler Bruno. He has taken his place at the wheel, and the kittens are in the passenger seat. Their little faces look up at him with total trust. It is a funny picture of huge strength and tiny trust.
Rottweilers are strong, confident, loyal dogs that can be very gentle when they are properly trained and socialized. They like having a job and need regular exercise. Old tractors and workshops can be dangerous for animals, with sharp edges, fluids, hot parts and heavy tools, so keep pets away from machinery. If you want to give kittens an adventure, choose a safe place, supervise closely, and make sure nobody can fall. Ask your vet for tips on introductions and care for young animals.
Bruno looks ready for a ride, and the kittens are happy to join him. It is a sweet pause in the middle of a busy workshop day.
