A Ragdoll and a Bunny Shared a Drink and Neither Seemed to Mind
It is a very civilized afternoon. A fluffy seal point Ragdoll with cream fur and dark mask bends over a shiny steel water bowl, and right beside her a tan lop-eared bunny dips its nose in for a sip too, ears swinging forward. A stuffed bunny toy, a mug and a wicker basket full of blankets wait on the floor behind them, and the sunlight on the boards makes the whole room glow.
Fresh water matters for every pet. Cats often prefer wide, shallow bowls, since deep ones can bother their whiskers, and many like moving water, which is why pet fountains are popular. Rabbits need a constant supply of clean water too, either from a heavy bowl or a bottle, and they can drink a surprising amount each day. Washing bowls daily keeps germs down.
Ragdolls are large, affectionate cats known for going limp when picked up, which is where their name comes from. They tend to be calm, gentle and friendly, and they often follow their people from room to room. They have a soft, silky coat that needs regular brushing to prevent tangles, especially around the chest and behind the legs.
The bowl is full, the room is quiet and the two friends take their time. Sharing a drink might be the sweetest kind of friendship. A little thirst and a lot of company.
