A Lab Puppy and a Pony Checked the Garden Bed Together
There is something interesting growing in the garden bed, and two curious neighbors are leaning in for a look. A yellow Labrador puppy rests his front paws against the wooden frame, his soft ears hanging and his pink tongue showing in a friendly smile. Beside him, Pepper the shaggy brown pony stretches his neck over the border and studies the plants with a careful, thoughtful eye.
The bed is full of green herbs, small shoots, and bits of mulch, and the evening light glows warmly across the yard. In the background, a wooden fence and a few rows of vegetables fade into the glow. The two of them look like inspectors checking the progress of a very important project.
Labrador puppies are friendly, curious, and always ready to explore with their mouths. They are famous chewers, so keep unsafe plants, soil products, and fertilizers out of reach. Some common garden plants are harmful to dogs and horses, so check with your vet before letting pets browse. Ponies are grazers who enjoy nibbling, but their diets need to be balanced, and they should not eat from just any garden. Always supervise visits to the garden, and keep a gate or fence between curious pets and plants you want to protect.
No one is touching a thing, only looking. It is clear they are both very interested in what comes next.
