A Smiling Corgi Sat Among the Sunflowers With a Very Yellow Row
Tall sunflowers are blooming all around, and a smiling sable Corgi is lying right in the middle of them. Her ears are up, her mouth is open in a happy grin, and lined up beside her in the grass is a neat row of yellow ducklings, all marching in the same direction. Behind them, a wooden fence and a garden bed fade into the soft evening light.
Corgis are small herding dogs with big personalities. They are smart, friendly and energetic, and they often have a natural instinct to gather and guide smaller creatures. This can mean they try to herd people, other pets or even ducklings, so training and supervision are important. They enjoy being busy and do best with daily walks and games.
Ducklings often follow in a straight line, and a calm dog with good manners can be a great companion in the garden. Gardens can have hazards for ducklings, though, such as pesticides, fertilizers and slugs treated with bait, so it is important to keep things clean. Ducklings also need fresh water and good food, and a vet can offer guidance.
The Corgi looks proud to have such a well-behaved group. Together with the sunflowers, they make a cheerful little scene. It is hard to be in a bad mood with this many sunflowers and ducklings around. The evening light makes it feel like a very good day.
