A Golden Puppy Disappears Into the Leaf Pile While a Pony Investigates

A deep pile of autumn leaves has gathered in a courtyard, and a golden retriever puppy sits right in the middle of it with a big grin and bright eyes. A fluffy tan pony stands beside him, head lowered and nose pointed toward the pile as though he is trying to understand the fun. The puppy's smile says it all. This is exactly where he wants to be. With a leaf pile, a friend and a long autumn afternoon ahead, there isn't much more a puppy could ask for. The pony, for his part, seems happy simply to share the view and the crunchy, colorful ground.
