A Newfoundland Puppy Became the Fluffiest Decoration in the Living Room
A fluffy black Newfoundland puppy lies on a soft blanket with a string of glowing lights draped across its back and paws. The warm bulbs light up its dark, curly coat, and its eyes look up at the viewer with sweet curiosity. Behind it, a lamp glows in the dim room, a plush elephant sits on the floor, and a basket of toys and a couch with a checked blanket frame the scene.
Newfoundlands are large, gentle dogs known for being sweet, patient, and good with children. Even as puppies, they have big paws and fluffy coats, and they will grow into heavy dogs, so early training and gentle manners are helpful. Their thick coats need regular brushing, and they can overheat easily, so keep them cool indoors. About the lights, cords and bulbs can be dangerous to puppies who chew, so always unplug a strand when a pup is near, and unwind it slowly if a dog gets tangled.
This calm little bear, whom we will call Bear, does not seem worried about the lights. He simply lies still and lets the glow wrap around him. It makes him look like a living decoration, the fluffiest ornament of all. We hope someone comes along soon to unplug and unwind him, and give him a good pat. Big dogs like him often grow into the gentlest giants, and this one already has the patience for it.
