The Pumpkin Harvest Is In, and It Arrived With a Fluffy Chaperone
The pumpkin harvest is in, and it arrived with a fluffy chaperone. A white Bichon Frise puppy sits snugly in a red wooden wagon loaded with pumpkins of every size, from big glossy orange ones to small pale green and white varieties tucked between the slats. The puppy's curly coat looks like a cloud of cotton, and its round black eyes and button nose peek out with a sweet, contented expression. Fallen leaves are scattered across the sidewalk and lawn, and a beige house with lanterns, shrubs, and a front path forms the backdrop.
Bichons are small, sturdy, and naturally cheerful, and many enjoy being carried or wheeled along on family outings. If you take a puppy for a ride in a wagon or stroller, make sure it cannot jump or tumble out, and never leave it unattended. A short fall can injure small dogs, especially young puppies whose bones are still growing. Wagons are also a handy way to let a puppy who is not fully vaccinated enjoy the neighborhood without walking on busy ground, but ask your vet what is appropriate for your pup's age and health.
Every pumpkin in this wagon is impressive, but there is no question which one is the prize of the crop. This little white puff could win a blue ribbon at any fall fair in the country.
