A Boston Terrier Puppy Went Out Walking as a Very Small Dinosaur
A brindle-and-white Boston Terrier puppy stands on the sidewalk in a green hooded dinosaur outfit with soft spikes along the back. His eyes are big and round, his ears peek out from the hood, and his little white paws are set neatly together. Behind him, a garbage can, some pumpkins, and a pair of shoes on the porch give the street a real autumn feel. Fallen leaves dot the cement, and the light is soft and golden, just right for an autumn walk.
Boston Terriers are compact, cheerful dogs with an expressive face and plenty of charm. They are friendly with people and do well in apartments, yet they still need daily walks and play. Their short muzzles mean they can have trouble in heat, so keep outings short in warm weather and always have water handy.
When a puppy meets a new outfit, go slowly. Let him sniff and explore it, pay him with treats, and then try it on for just a minute or two. Make sure the hood does not cover his eyes and that he can bark, pant, and walk freely. If he freezes or hunches, take it off and try again another day.
Whether or not the dinosaur is fierce, this one is mostly just squishy, and he looks ready to charm every neighbor along the way. Every puppy deserves an outfit this comfortable, and every neighbor deserves a little dinosaur to wave at.
