A Havanese Puppy Became a Bee and Landed in the Leaves
Soft black and white fur, a pair of bobbing yellow antennae, and a striped fuzzy suit make this Havanese puppy the sweetest bee in the garden. The puppy sits in a bed of crunchy maple and oak leaves, looking slightly to the side with dark, curious eyes and a round black nose. Small wings rest on the back of the costume. Behind the puppy, a bag, a boot, and a pair of carved pumpkins wait by the porch, with a pot of orange mums nearby.
Havanese are small, cheerful dogs with silky coats and a reputation for being friendly and eager to be with their people. They are often playful and good with families, and they usually pick up tricks easily. Their long coat needs regular brushing, as leaves and burrs can tangle in it, so it is smart to check the fur after a romp in the yard. Some people keep it trimmed short for easy care. Fallen leaves are fun, but watch that your puppy doesn't eat them or sticks, and rinse off any damp, dirty bits. Keep costume sessions short and happy.
We could call this bee Honey. She is more interested in the leaves than the flowers, and she might be planning the perfect pounce. The antennae sway with every head tilt, and no hive has ever had such a fluffy worker.
