A Cream Havanese Court Musician Tunes His Violin for the Evening
Maestro Fabian is tuning his violin for the evening, and he has the soft, thoughtful face of a dog who loves music. The cream Havanese has silky, wavy fur that falls around his face, dark eyes and a black nose, and he wears a navy velvet coat with gold embroidery and a lace cravat. One white paw rests on the violin, and the polished wood glows against the dark background. A stone column and soft green drapery add to the old-world feel, and the surface is cracked like a painting from a palace gallery.
Havanese are small, sturdy dogs from Cuba, known for their silky coats, cheerful personalities and love of people. They are social, playful and clever, and they often learn tricks quickly and love to be the center of attention. Their long, soft coat needs regular brushing, and many owners keep them clipped for easier care. Havanese tend to dislike being left alone for long periods, so they do best in homes where someone is often around. They are usually good with children and other pets. Because they are smart and eager to please, they respond well to positive training and games. Talk to your vet about diet, dental care and regular checkups. A gentle walk and some playtime each day keeps them in tune.
Fabian has such a gentle look that any tune would sound sweet. The court is lucky to have such a charming musician.
