Two Ruby Puppies Were Hiding in the Flower Basket the Whole Time
A wicker basket arranged with pink roses, daisies, and trailing greenery turns out to have two extra blooms hidden in it. The ruby puppies sit side by side, their fur the color of polished chestnut, ears curving down and bright dark eyes aimed straight ahead. One has hooked a paw over the edge, as if ready to climb out and inspect the arrangement, while the other keeps a calm, dignified look.
A puppy among flowers makes a lovely scene, but some real-life caution applies. Many popular plants, including lilies, tulips, and certain greenery, can upset a dog's stomach or cause worse problems if chewed. Before bringing a bouquet into a home with a curious puppy, check a trusted pet-safety list or ask your vet which flowers are safe, and keep arrangements on a high, stable surface.
Puppies explore with their mouths, so it is also wise to watch for wire, ribbon, and floral foam, none of which should be swallowed. A basket by itself can be a perfectly good sitting spot, as long as it is sturdy, sits flat on the floor, and is lined with something soft.
These two do not seem to be nibbling anything at all. They are simply sitting quietly, side by side, letting the petals frame their faces, and looking like the most pleasant gift anyone could be handed on a bright spring morning.
