A Little White Maltese Showed a Bunny Around the Wildflowers
A meadow of wildflowers stretches in every direction, with pink clover, yellow blooms and soft green grass. In the middle, a fluffy white Maltese stands with bright, curious eyes and ears lifted, and a small brown bunny sits beside him with her own ears straight up, as if they are listening for the same sound. A fence and a line of trees fade into the hazy distance behind them.
Maltese dogs are small, gentle companions with long, silky white coats that need regular brushing. They are lively and affectionate, and they usually do very well with calm, kind handling. A short stroll in a meadow is the perfect speed for them, and a good brushing afterward helps get any burrs out of their coats.
Meadows are lovely for walks, but they have hazards for pets. Ticks and fleas love tall grass, so a check after your walk is wise. Some wildflowers and plants are toxic to dogs and rabbits, so it is best not to let them nibble. Talk to your vet about tick prevention and what is safe to eat.
The little dog looks like a proud tour guide, and the bunny looks like a happy guest. Pip is following her friend at a gentle pace, in no hurry at all. Wildflowers sway around them, and the whole meadow seems to smile along.
