A Fluffy Maltese Puppy Pops Up Inside a Carved Pumpkin
A fluffy white Maltese puppy has climbed into a carved pumpkin and is peeking over the edge with one little paw hooked on the rim. His dark button eyes and black nose stand out against the white fur, and his ears fall in soft waves. The pumpkin has a triangle nose and a zigzag grin, and it sits on a sofa in a sunlit living room with a houseplant, a gray blanket and a remote nearby.
Maltese puppies are tiny, gentle companions with long, silky white coats. They are known for being friendly and playful, and they often like to be close to their people. A puppy this small needs careful handling, a secure place to play and protection from big dogs and from falls. The coat needs frequent brushing, and many owners keep it trimmed short to make care easier.
Pumpkins are fun props, but never put a lit candle inside one when a puppy or a pet is nearby. Use a battery-operated light instead. A carved pumpkin can also become slimy or moldy quickly, which is not good for a puppy that likes to chew. Lifting a small dog in and out of a pumpkin is safer than letting him jump, and it should be quick.
We will call him Marshmallow, and he looks perfectly at home in his orange hideout. The pumpkin might be a little big for a jack-o'-lantern, but it is exactly the right size for a puppy. A cheerful face inside a pumpkin is the best decoration.
