An Abyssinian Kitten Keeps a Glowing Pumpkin Company at Dusk

Soft evening light fades over the porch, and a small ruddy Abyssinian kitten sits beside a jack-o'-lantern that glows with a warm orange light. Keep any decoration with a flame or a hot bulb out of paw's reach, and watch kittens near them. The glow can be just as lovely, with none of the risk.

We will call him Ember, which suits his color. He seems to be keeping the pumpkin company as the day ends. It is a calm, quiet moment, just before the neighborhood wakes up for the night.
