A Pug Sat in the Hallway While the Whole Roll Lay Around Him
The whole hallway looks like it was visited by a very small blizzard. Shredded toilet paper covers the floor from wall to wall, in long ribbons and tiny scraps, and right in the middle sits a fawn Pug with a black mask and enormous, round eyes. His wrinkled forehead is crinkled with worry, and a few bits of paper cling to his chest. A coat rack and a basket line the hall behind him.
Pugs are charming, clownish dogs who love attention and often get into mischief to get it. Their short noses make them prone to overheating and noisy breathing, so they need gentle exercise and a cool place to rest, and their wrinkles need regular cleaning. Toilet paper is not poisonous, but eating a lot of it can cause stomach trouble, so call your vet if your dog swallows a large amount. Keeping bathroom doors closed or putting rolls on a high holder will protect the whole supply.
We will call him Waldo. He looks like he has no plan for what happens next, and he is trusting his round face to do the talking. It is working, at least a little. The trail of paper leads straight to the bathroom, but Waldo is looking at you, not the trail, and that is exactly what a smart Pug would do.
