A Ragdoll Sat Down in the Middle of the Set Breakfast Table
The breakfast table is set, and the Ragdoll has seated herself in the middle of it. She is a fluffy cream point cat with a dark mask and blue eyes that look off to one side. Around her paws are toast, a plate of eggs and bacon, a bowl of yogurt with banana slices, an avocado half and a scattering of berries. Her ears are pulled slightly back.
Ragdolls are large, gentle, affectionate cats known for going soft in a person's arms. They tend to be calm and friendly, and they often follow their families from room to room. A table full of food is an interesting place to be, and for a cat that likes to be close to her people, it is the perfect seat.
Many breakfast foods are not good for cats. Bacon is salty and fatty, onions in an omelet are harmful, and some cats can have upset stomachs from dairy such as yogurt. Keeping food covered or cleaning up quickly helps. Providing a cat tree near the dining area gives her a safe place to watch the meal. If she eats something that worries you, call your vet.
She seems to know that she is not supposed to be there, but she is staying calm and hoping nobody will notice. The morning light is soft, and the table is nicely set. It is a lovely breakfast, and she is the only guest.
